Shipping policy

SHIPPING

*All of our Power cookie orders are sent out by USPS Priority Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays, Shipping takes about 3 days to arrive to the East Coast and 4 to 5 days to California and Hawaii. 

* If in Puerto Rico we recommend to ship to your PO BOX address because most physical addresses don't show up on the USPS system. 

* If your tracking information shows up as delivered and you haven't received your package you most contact your local USPS office right away to claim it before they return it back to us. We don't take responsibility for packages that have been delivered, lost or returned by the USPS.

* Cookie packages last up to a week at the USPS office. If your order hasn't arrived in a week please email us with your order number at veganpowercookies@gmail.com or reach out to your closest USPS with you tracking information.
